Following all for Winter Field Day
Turkey and Lasagna for main course at Winter Field Day, chili, macncheese w/ bacon
Bring Coax and Laptops, Radios and Tuners and PSU if you’d like and headphones to hear yourself think
Camper if you’d like, inside is certainly an option
Antenna setup will start at 1pm Friday the 26th
Kevin II went to Lions Club meeting, must be invited to speak. They would like a list of weekends we intend to use the Fairgrounds, as well as a copy of our insurance. Kevin II has bought a camera* at their request to watch for the ATVs tearing the Grounds up. Kevin II and the Lions will also get with a contractor to take care of the ruts, in conjunction with the Lions Club.
Our name has been sent to the Donation Committee of Stonehenge for review, Kevin II will meet with Endless Mountains to go in together. He would also like to setup a tent to have kids get on the radio to talk to a Jolly Elf
Should we do a Raffle, maybe for the Harford Fair? We would need a Game of Chance License, but needs to be taken care of promptly
